Before you collect

Can someone else collect for me?

Yes, but they would need to show the original order confirmation email with the order number clearly displayed.

What if I can't make it on my chosen date?

Don't fret - we will hang on to it for you until a convenient time. Please WhatsApp us at +65-64688859 or call the respective collection point to inform them.

How long can it stay out of the freezer?

The ice cream and ice-cream cakes should be stored in the freezer at all times until ready to consume. We pack each order with an ice pack to keep it cold for the journey.

Can I buy at the collection point without ordering online?

Yes, but please note that the collection points only carry limited stock subject to availability. Please try to WhatsApp us at 64688859 and we will try our best to secure what you need at short notice.
